R48: COMFORT HYBRID ELECTRIC BICYCLE

 

Originally created to celebrate Velec's 10th anniversary in 2015, the R48 has proven to be a timeless bicycle that still occupies a lot of space on bike paths to this day. The R48 is designed as a powerful and comfortable electric bicycle. Its 500W brushless motor will allow you to climb any hill and face any headwind while sitting comfortably on the oversized R48 saddle. Two battery choices allow you to achieve up to 110km of range.

R48-I: COMFORT HYBRID ELECTRIC BICYCLE 

The Velec R48-i (i for IoT!) is a new model at the cutting edge of technology in the electric bicycle industry. True to what made the classic R48 successful, this bicycle will mark the beginning of a major trend.

Equipped with the new FTEX controller, a torque sensor, and an IoT module, the R48-i has significantly higher range values at equal amperage than its classic R48 counterpart. The pedaling and electric motor assistance with high torque (500 watts HT) offer a naturally powerful ride. The R48-i experience will be enhanced by the use of the FTEX mobile application.

A2 AND A2S: COMFORT ELECTRIC BICYCLE

 

The Velec A2 is equipped with a smooth but powerful 350W brushless motor that allows you to feel confident and safe on your bike. Three battery choices are available depending on the desired range, up to 120km in pedal-assist mode. The Velec A2 features 5 levels of electric assist, a cruise control, and a handlebar throttle for easier starting. It can also be used as a traditional bicycle (without assist). The bike is equipped with front and rear mudguards, front and rear LED lights, a rear rack, an adjustable stem, a suspension fork, a digital console, puncture-resistant tires, and front and rear hydraulic disc brakes with motor cut-off.
