SALES ADVISOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a passionate sales advisor to join our team. As an advisor, you will play a key role in the in-store customer experience. You will assist cyclists, from beginners to experts, in choosing the bike and accessories that meet their needs, while helping to maintain a professional and welcoming environment. If you enjoy interacting with people, the world of cycling, and teamwork, this position is for you.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet customers and analyze their needs
• Advise on the choice of bikes, equipment, and accessories
• Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish
• Follow up with customers as needed
• Participate in displaying products in store
• Maintain a neat visual presentation
• Contribute to the general maintenance of the store
• Collaborate with the workshop team as needed
REQUIRED PROFILE
We are looking for someone who is:
• Dynamic and comfortable with customer service
• Has a strong interest in the world of cycling
• Eager to learn and work in a team
• Has experience in sales or customer service
• Good knowledge of the cycling industry
• Experience in bike mechanics (an asset)
• Available during weekdays

We are looking for a bicycle mechanic to join our workshop team.
As a mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and adjustment of all types of bicycles, ensuring their performance and customer satisfaction. You will work in a professional environment alongside a passionate team, where work quality and attention to detail are essential.
If you enjoy working with your hands and solving mechanical challenges, this position is for you.

• Diagnose mechanical problems
• Perform bike maintenance and repair
• Prepare and assemble new bikes
• Ensure preventive maintenance
