Shipping Conditions:

For all online orders, whether shipping or in-store pickup, please allow a minimum of 1 to 5 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped or we will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

 

Free shipping in Canada for orders over $75
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $75* within Canada. *Some conditions apply. Bicycle shipping is not included in this offer; please refer to our bicycle shipping policy below. Please note that orders containing bulky or exceptionally heavy items may incur additional shipping charges.

Item Availability:

Out of Stock

In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating that the item is "Out of Stock" will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to fluctuating inventory, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. This item will be cancelled, and you will not be charged for it.

 

RETURN POLICY

Return

You have two options to return/exchange merchandise purchased online: by mail or in-store. All returns/exchanges of online orders, whether by mail or in-store, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

 

Enjoy free returns by bringing your order directly to the store of your choice. For a postal return, $15 (+ taxes) will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
    Some health and personal care items
    All nutrition items
    Underwear, shorts, bibs
    Bicycles and sale items are final sale

     

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Please note that a $15 fee will be applied to cover shipping costs.

 

Clearance items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us by email at info@velovision.ca, on Vélo Vision's Facebook page, or by phone at 819-479-8356 and send your item to: Velo Vision, 1320 Rue Hébert, Drummondville, QC J2C 1Z8.

Layaway policy: 30% deposit required and non-refundable. Store credit only. The item is reserved and must be picked up in-store within 30 days. Otherwise, storage fees may apply.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
