Return

You have two options to return / exchange the goods purchased online: by mail or in store. All returns / exchanges of online orders, whether by mail or in store, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

 

Enjoy a free return by returning your order directly to the store of your choice. For a postal return, the sum of $15 (+ taxes) will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Some health and personal care items
• All nutrition items
• Underwear, shorts, bibs
• Bicycles and items on sale are final sale

 

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days. Please note that a $15 fee is applied to cover shipping costs

 

Liquidation items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us either by email at info@velovision.ca, on Vélo Vision's Facebook or contact us by phone at 819-479-8356 and send your item to: Velo Vision, 1320 Hébert Street, Drummondville, QC J2C 1Z8.

Set aside policy: Deposits 30% due and non-refundable. Credit note only. The item is reserved and must be picked up in store within 30 days. In other cases, storage fees may apply.

Special orders: Deposits 30% due and non-refundable. Credit note only. Payment and in-store collection of the item must be made within 30 days of receipt.

 

Delivery

To return your product, you must post your product to: Velo Vision, 1320 Rue Hébert, Drummondville, QC J2C 1Z8

Depending on the case, you will or will not be responsible for the return costs to the sender. Contact us for more details.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you ship an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
