Initially, this new bike features the same 48V\/10Ah or 48V\/14Ah battery, but equipped with thermal resistance. Each cell of the R48i batteries is rigorously encapsulated in a thermal resin, isolating each cell. Therefore, if one of the battery cells overheats, the problem will not spread to other battery cells. This extra effort makes this battery one of the safest on the Canadian electric bike market. Furthermore, our R48i battery is UL-2271 certified, ensuring that the product is safe for use and storage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"text-align-justify\"\u003eOur new R48i controller significantly improves the power distribution of the aforementioned battery. In fact, it allows you to gain 30% more range compared to the standard R48 model.
